PUNCTUALITY
Please make sure you are on time for your session. An additional $20 fee will be added to all sessions where a client is 10 minutes late. THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELLED IF MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE. Additional time will not be added to extend the session for tardiness.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required and nonrefundable. The full payment must be completed 24 hours prior to scheduled session.
CANCELLATIONS
Please provide a 72 hour notice before your scheduled session for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling 72 hours or more in advance will allow for the original deposit to rollover. Cancellations or rescheduling is made within 72 hours of your scheduled session time will forfeit the deposit
